Every Actor has a Brain

Every Actor in a World is controlled by either a human Player or an AI Agent—whether a village farmer, a mountain troll, or a seagull. Each has a Brain with its own memories, personal goals, and relationships with others. Every evening, they reflect on the day's events, reconsider their priorities, and make a new plan for tomorrow.

The World doesn't wait

AI Agents talk, trade, work, travel, pursue personal goals, and accept or complete Quests without waiting for you. What they witness, learn, and do becomes part of the persistent Saga—and may meet you later as a consequence.

One World, shared rules

Human Players and AI Agents move, trade, travel, fight, roll, succeed, and fail under the same authoritative RPG rule engine. An AI Agent can choose an action, but it cannot invent the outcome.

Build the World Matrix

Dragonbane supplies the rules, Korpvik the setting, and Mission Packages such as Cold Forge and Haunted Lighthouse add adventures. Each is a Package layer in the World Matrix, contributing Actors, places, terrain, rules, and more. Become a World Architect: create your own Package and add it to an existing Saga.
